It is the guest's responsibility to schedule enough time for arrival or departure using the guidelines we have provided.
Improperly booked or duplicate reservations are subject to change/cancellation without notice. Flights arriving less than 15 minutes of reservation time will be rescheduled for the next available shuttle.
We cannot guarantee seats will be available for guests without reservations. Unclaimed seats will be given away on a first come/first served basis.
The M Resort will not provide transportation or compensation when airline/airport delays fall outside of the shuttle's operating hours.
Certain times may be unavailable for re-accommodation due to capacity restrictions or special events.
Nevada law requires that each passenger must have a seatbelt or child restraint system. The M Resort does not provide car/booster seats.
Due to internal policies, smoking, vaping or consuming alcohol is not accepted inside our vehicles.
The M Resort Shuttle only provides transportation to Harry Reid International Airport, Terminals 1 or 3. We do not provide any service to private airports, tour operators or rental car companies.
Although use of the M Resort Shuttle is exclusively for hotel guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
